Camp HUG 2017
will be held on
August 18, 19, & 20, 2017
Camp HUG 2015
bereavement camp is for children ages 8 to 18 that have had a
loss that has impacted their lives in the past 6 months to 2
years. However, if it has been longer they may still attend. There is no cost to them, though family must
provide transportation to and from the camp. Bunk houses,
meals, showers, and a large volunteer staff are provided.

Goals of Camp HUG
To create a safe environment where children feel
and expressing their grief with other grieving
To help children learn healthy ways to deal with grief.
To Have Fun!

Special attention is given to saying goodbye.
